I’ve been behind a camera professionally since 2009, when I built my career photographing weddings in an industry that looked very different than it does today. I photographed a lot of love stories, won a few awards along the way, and learned very quickly that being good at making beautiful images was only part of running a successful creative business.

The other part? Figuring out how to get people to actually notice you.

I became just as interested in the marketing side of my business as I was in the creative side — how people make decisions, what makes a brand memorable, and why some beautiful work gets overlooked while other work connects immediately.

Then COVID hit.

Weddings changed almost overnight, and I started working more closely with small businesses. That pivot ended up shaping the way I work today. I realized I loved helping businesses figure out how to show people not just what they sell, but what it actually feels like to experience their brand.

Because pretty content is great.

But pretty content that builds trust, creates desire, tells a story, and gives someone a reason to choose you? That’s where it gets interesting.

Today, I create photography and video for businesses that want their visual presence to feel polished without feeling generic. I care about the beautiful shot, obviously — I’m still a photographer at heart — but I’m also thinking about where that image is going, who needs to see it, what you want them to feel, and what you ultimately want them to do next.

Now I’m based in Houston, Texas, building this next chapter with businesses that care about the experience they create and want their content to actually reflect it.

And I’m genuinely so damn excited to be here.

When I’m not shooting or editing, I’m usually reading something, lifting something, shooting film for no practical reason whatsoever, hanging out with my kids, or being followed around by dogs.

I also love traveling whenever life allows it — Rome, Paris and Thailand are a few favorites so far — and I will probably always be the person noticing the light in a restaurant while everyone else is trying to eat.
